Our Fees are Fixed, No Exceptions
Fees are based on the number of eligible employees, if the plan has a certified trust (ERISA Section 103(a)(3)(C) audit), and if it's the plan's first audit. These fees are also fixed for the first three years we serve you.
Fee Schedule
We take a simple approach to fees. Unlike many other firms that need to quote everything, the below schedule is your FINAL quote:

100 to 499 employees - $10,000

500 to 999 employees - $12,000

1,000 to 1,500 employees - $15,000

Full scope audit (from the lack of a certified trust statement) is an additional $2,000

If it is the plan's first audit there is an additional fee

Plans that have 1,501 or more eligible employees can be quoted, just contact us
Monthly Billing
Billings occur monthly and the amount due in each billing period will coincide with the amount of work performed toward the completion of the audit. The total amount due for the audit must be paid prior to the issuance of the final reports (financial statements, management comment letter, etc.). The total monthly billings will never exceed the stated quote amount.
